The Account Coordinator is accountable for client’s satisfaction and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities of their client accounts. It is the expectation that the Account Coordinator will develop an understanding of each client’s business and maintain a positive relationship to position Vantage as their strategic long-term ecommerce advertising resource.
This is a customer service role that is highly focused on client retention. You must be comfortable building telephone relationships, managing ad campaigns and connecting with clients while positioning our company as the experts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the Account Manager in the day-to-day management of accounts
- Includes responding to client phone calls, emails, production and creative deadlines to ensure continued progress of client workflow and meeting project deadlines
- Continually monitor client campaigns to ensure they are on track, drawing attention to potential problems before they occur
- Create client-facing reports on all aspects of Vantage campaigns
- Seek new opportunities to provide additional services within existing client accounts
- Ensure internal processes are followed, and that campaigns are being actively monitored and improved on
- Ensure that project milestones are achieved within project timeline
- Prepare project requests, feedback forms and other documentation on behalf of Vantage and client projects as well as assist with research projects
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field
- 1-2+ years of experience advertising and marketing – in agency a plus
- Extreme attention to the detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising, specifically with Facebook/Instagram, and comfortable with Google Ad Solutions
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Previous experience working with ecommerce clients would be a huge bonus
- Prior experience working with enterprise retailers and CPGs would be a major asset
