We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead marketing efforts at Vantage. As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand, driving customer acquisition, and elevating our presence in the market. You will have the opportunity to build a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Vantage’s business objectives and drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team to deliver on the strategy, including overseeing their day-to-day activities, setting goals, and providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee creation of key materials that support sales across four dimensions: partner-led initiatives, industry conferences and Vantage events, outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with product development, sales, and customer success efforts.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including email and content marketing, digital, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain the Vantage website ([www.gotvantage.com](https://www.gotvantage.com)), ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
  • Drive thought leadership in the industry by creating and promoting insightful content, webinars, and events that showcase Vantage’s expertise.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics, track KPIs, and use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI and meet set goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and keep Vantage at the forefront of innovation.
  • Represent Vantage at industry conferences, events, and in interactions with clients and partners.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within enterprise retail SaaS or martech.
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and of media solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective enterprise marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for fun, innovation and being at the forefront of an industry.
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
