Your Repeat Customer Rate is the percentage of your customers that have purchased previously. We segment this list based on how likely a customer is to come back and purchase in the current time period. We will look to help you increase your Repeat Customer Rate and we’ll benchmark you based on other merchants your size, in your geography, or your market. We focus on Repeat Customer Rate because we know that its 5 times less expensive to sell to a past customer and past customers are 70% more likely to buy than new customers. We aim to increase your Repeat Customer Rate by showing ads to segments of your past customers on Facebook. You can view the campaign breakdown and customize the ads as you see fit. If you’re happy with what we have created using our data mining and predictive analytics techniques, then simply click “Start Campaign” to authorize the payment to Facebook.
“Your Cart Abandonment Rate is High” (an insight that might show up on your main dashboard)
This metric reflects the number of your customers that have abandoned their shopping cart. We segment this list based on how likely they are to come back and complete their purchase in the current time period. We aim to decrease your cart abandonment rate by having these customers come back to complete their purchase. Similar to the Repeat Customer Rate, you can view the campaign breakdown and simply click Start Campaign to authorize the payment to Facebook.
